Well i just need to vent sorry. I'm going down hill again and just want to now when it is ment to get better i have tried a few medz i'm ok for a few weeks then i start down hill again. I'm trying all the methods that my pyshcologist have recomended but it just doesn't seem to help please i just need some help will this journey never end i need hope.

Please don't give up hope.

there are heaps of medication combinations (like lotto really) that will work for you.

Also google uplifting sites like your favourite kick ass music and dance using your hairbrush as a microphone.

There are also online helps like louise hay, tapping (emotional freedom technique) gregg braden who will ground you while you feel like you are in freefall.

Then the moment passes and you can think clearer again.
