Hello Pink ... sorry to see the little crying faces - how are you today?

I wonder if some kind of relaxation would be helpful - yoga or tai chi or similar - as you say you're always waiting - which could mean 'on alert' a lot of the time. Relaxation could lead to .... going with the flow, living 'in this moment only' or generally letting go of feeling anxious and 'waiting'.

hi pink hope you are having a pleasant smooth day Very Happy

its a real bastard but sometimes meds are what works

I scored 70 on that test you linked...but then I looked round in there and found an anxiety test...which is more my forte...and I scored 40-extremely distressed. So I think the first test was tainted by what better fits the second test...as I know longer feel I suffer from depression.

Just thought I would add that because others might get a false reading like I did from effectively taking the wrong test.
