Starting to run home from the train station.
Now since I own a house I have made a pact to myself to try change my life more for the better. I know fitness is a good thing as it relissed endorphins (sp?) which end up making you feel better.
So why no, I thought..I have always worried about my weight and this will hopefully help my depression as well as make my feel better about myself physically.
I haven't been in the greatest of moods recently, but I know I can't give up now.

New house, new beginnings, way to go. Go Girl.
You must be fairly fit to run home from the train station, or do you live next door.
