Useful 'Phone Numbers - 0800 Help Lines

To start the ball rolling, here are a few of the many free-to-call Help Lines available to us in NZ.
I've simply noted them from the front of my 'phone book. If you know of more, please add them because one day, someone might need them. Similarly, feel free to recommend websites of help or interest. Maybe, we could exchange links with them?

There's also Depression Line on 0800 111 757, open from 8am till midnight.

Healthline is a free 24 hour, seven days a week telephone health advice line supported by the Ministry of Health, St John and the Plunket Society. A callers health needs are assessed by nurses to decide on the type of health care they need. This service is available to all areas of New Zealand by land line and mobile phone.

there is also Warmline there number is 0800 200 207 from 7pm -1am Tues - Sun. The people there have all experienced mental illness themselves so have an understanding of it.
