Weird suicide/dying dreams.. might trigger thoughts

I always have nightmares i dont remember a time where iv been a week without any nightmares but last night i had a crazy as dream..

First i was at my intermediate school with hundereds of students all running for cross country we had to run around the streets and up these huge hills and i hated it and while i was running i came to a trafic light crossing thingy but it was miles long and i had to run accross it before a car ran me over and people kept trying to get across but cars kept hitting my friends and they would just die and so there was everyone trying to sprint across but they all got hit but then i some how got across and ended up finnishing the cross country in 49 sec's(which makes no sence)
Then i ran back to school which was like a really weird shaped house and i went inside and then i went into a room which changed into a street with houses on each side and we were playing baseball but i just stood there cuz everytime i tryed to hit the ball with the bat i would kill someone by the ball hitting them in the head and they would die so i just stood there and a guy with an english accent rode by on his moter bike and then i went back inside the school and i walked to this room and there was a guy from my school hanging there by a nail-he had hung himself and cut himself and he was hanging by a nail(just like jesus) but with only one hand and there was no blood but water driped from his arm and then i climbed up to where he had hung himself and looked out the window and there was a boy/teenager chacing a train and was right behind it when the train stoped and reverced and i saw him die and his screams just echoed everywhere..then i loked and the boy hanging there and suddenly blood just started gushing everywhere and it wouldnt stop ad i was coved in blood,then everyone came back from cross counry and i had to tell the teachers that the boy in my school had commited suicide and showed them his body then i ran towards two of my friends-woppow & D and told them about the boy then i walked out of their rooms and went to have a shower but then my dad and his fucker walked in and i started screaming at him cuz he was in the girls bathroom and i was screaming and swearing 'I HATE YOU I HATE YOU! 'DIE" "im going to kill you" "F*** YOU F*** YOU f*** off!" and all this and i tryed to run away but people were chanting to get the devil out of me and i kept swearing at 'my dad' and then i grabed a knife and....I WOKE UP

yeah just though i would share cuz it creeped me out
