Today...

Well considering, I think it was all in all a good day. I went to the doctors and have some medication now. I am feeing better because now my friend is relieved too, and she doesn't need to keep explaining to me it's a good thing to do.

I still have another day off work tomorrow (On annual leave)

I'm really tired at the moment..

try to get a good nights sleep ok

Really great to see you have asked for help. Remember the medication won't take effect immediately, but you should notice slight improvements within a couple of weeks.
