Dreams

of all the books an things on dreams scattered about in the World,
I found Patricia Garfield PhD the most practical.
Check Her Out.

She sort to make something intelligent out of her interests in Life
and studied different Cultures all over the globe,
to find how each of them were utilising their Dream-Times.

In Her Book,Creative Dreaming,
lays a bag of techniques one can apply to their lives,
and thus gain greater understandings about Who they Actually Are,
and How Other Cultures have used dreams for spiritual-growth
and up-bringing their Children.

Dreams can be revealling and have proven most Healing (emotionally)
when applied to increasing Ones Understanding of Self.
In dreams, we work-out our own salvation,
leaving no-thing to Belief!

For someone who wants a working-manual,a road map to use in their search,
Creative Dreaming is a Good Tool.

Sharing your dreams in here,
and/or 'HOW YOU HAVE GAINED' from your own dreams
(Day-dreams as well as Night-dreams)
may help Others realise that there is something in ones dream-life
that can increase ones well being
to say nothing of self-esteme.

Ok will do, how about this, we were away with the sea scouts camping.

Our camp was interlocked caves underground. the 'hallways' were graffittied with all sorts (can't remember what exactly) and the family cave we were in was clean. We slept on the ground in this cave with no sleeping bags.

I think it might mean that while my 'outer world' is like a messy 'spaghetti junction' with plenty going on in it,

my 'inner world' is reasonably ordered and structured.

I'll be alright as I have my most important people there with me..I need to remember that THIS IS MYLIFE AND ONLY I HAVE CONTROL OF IT

I have learnt alot from dreams.
Lucid dreaming can be generated by the concious exercises prior to sleeping
and prove very beneficial for one developing their personal power.

why do I have dreams of people chasing me and saying - i hate you???

this is calling you back to re-access your lack of self-love you give yourself Mylife.

In dreams one should remember that all aspects of a dream,all elements in the dream are a part of ONESELF. Here we have a part of you beckoning you to take stock of yourself and give yourself/learn further ways of increasing your self awareness,that which unites one with their True Self.
Mothers often forget themselves when serving their family first!
They become run-down in time,
CAUGHT so to speak,
if they dont hear their dream messages.

for many years I had the chaser!
as I ran I gradually became paralysed so that runing were fruitless.
Ego is on the run from Self.
Self,when it enters the Mind Lights the body and mind up like a Huge Sun!
Self has the presence of an elephant in a Hut!

What ppl dont know
is that theyre more than their mind supposes,
more than they think.
Self brings blissfullness into ones Being
Like a New lover will!

Last night I dreamt I had a car accident. Went to get Peter to show him and the car had gone!

what you can do with this is dialoque with the dream elements, Mylife...
ie,
Hello Car, What have you got to say to me?
(then be still and receptive,and write what comes in your Mind)
You carry on in this manner and the vehicle will surprise you with what it has to offer.
Then change to another element in the same dream,The Road for instance.
Hello Road, what have you got to say to me?
(and so on)Get as much as you can from all the elements as you go
through the whole dream.
Last of all,
Hello Peter, what have you got to say to me?
(and so on)

This system will give you insights into your own dreaming.
The fact that the car wasnt there when you went with Peter alludes to the fact that it isnt an accident in the physical sence of the Word.
But be as careful as you know you should be when youre driving.
