Hi Marroc, welcome to the 'team'.
I am glad that this thread will help you - what a sod, having a house fire.
Look after yourself, ok?

Re: First time on meds
I was on them for about 1 week ago, then went off them, but am now back on the anti depressant..
with the zopiclone, I have been having them most nights, which has been great because I don't end up thinking for hours...it just lets me sleep!.
the first night, I went to bed at about 9.30 and woke up at about 2am, and couldn't get back to sleep, but now i can sleep without any trouble, I sometimes wake up in the wee hours but fall back asleep. In the morning though i'm still quite shattered though. Then working full time has it's toll on me because the can both cause drowsiness ( i'm pretty sure)

Re: First time on meds
Well I highly doubt these meds are doing anything. I thought I was getting better, but no..

Re: First time on meds
Hi qwerky ...... has anyone suggested some counselling to you and a 'programme' to sort of follow for your depression? Meds take a while to 'kick in' sometimes. Hope you're OK today.
