Today I made threats to do the worst..jesus do I feel bad now!

Last night I was such a a mess! I was just a silent mess

Today though, things are looking up, I have helped someone who was having difficulty with something and I offered to do something without being asked and they told me it was a great idea. ( I started saying it, then said don't worry, but they got it out of me and said it was really good) So right at this point in time I'm feeling ok..No, I'm feeling good.
